This event focused on providing professionals considering starting up their own business in the private equity space with the required knowledge on regulations, administration, development, as well as an opportunity to network with some of the most experienced consultants on the market. Michael Boboshko, NAIMA’s Chairman of the Hedge Fund Committee focused on sharing his knowledge of how to set up a private equity fund and how such a fund can outsource its fund accounting and administration. Elena Kopaneva and her colleagues, PWC, NAIMA member, also spoke at this event and focused on audit of PE funds and on valuation of Private Equity funds. There was also a brief discussion about the new version of the Russian law on the “Investment Partnership”.
