Following market trends and taking into account an increased number of requests from clients about the realization of infrastructure projects, the leading Russian consulting firm ALTHAUS Group announces the opening of a public-private partnership (PPP) practice. Uliana Ogorodova has been appointed as Head of PPP Department.

Before taking her position with ALTHAUS Group, Uliana held the position of deputy head of PPP development in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, where for the past several years she examined all the federal concession projects. Her professional experience also includes legal practice and work in the legal departments of subsidiaries of GC Basic Element and the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), a state investment fund.
